I offer Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and 1:1 consultations both in-person and virtual to address each of your individual health needs and goals. I also accept health insurance for reimbursement with clients who are covered by:
United Health Care (UHC)
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama (BCBS-AL)
If you’re not covered by either of these insurance companies, my current consultation rates are as follows:
Initial Consult (60 Minutes): $150.00
Follow-Up Consult (60 Minutes): $125.00
Follow-Up Consult (30 Minutes): $62.50

Coaching Services
I also offer a higher level of individualization with my coaching service, Aligned Design. This service is specifically for those wanting to take their health and fitness to the next level. Aligned Design is 1:1 remote exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching where I guide you every step of the way along your health and fitness journey. This coaching service includes:
Comprehensive onboarding assessments
Ongoing communication & feedback
Daily programming
Weekly check-ins
Monthly consults
Access to CoachRx and a plethora of resources and guides
Coaching Rates:
Monthly Subscription: $300.00 (3 month commitment)
One-Time Payment: $810.00 (3 months discounted 10%)

I was not progressing in the sport of CrossFit like I wanted to. I was only focusing on the things that I was good at and not constantly attacking my weaknesses. This way of training got me nowhere and I became an athlete that was too one sided. I honestly did not know how to train for the goals that I had for myself until I started with Kam. Kam has helped me attack my weaknesses and progress tremendously in the sport because we prioritize the “non sexy” stuff that nobody else is doing but needs to be doing. I believe this is the difference between Kam and other mass generalized programming. Since we have been working together, I have been crushing PRs, developing skills, podiumed in multiple competitions, and loving the process.
